how to change my style?

answers1: Dig through your closet. Try stuff on in front of the mirror
to see how it fits and what you like/don't like about it. What you do
like, whether it be straight leg jeans or plaid scarves, is your
style. Try not to think of what your friends wear. You are looking
for what you like, and what looks good on YOU. If your into that
scene, you can check out some stores' look-books that show their given
style for the season. If you decide you want to buy something, try
shopping on mondays and bringing someone along you are comfortable
enough with for critique. Keep your old clothes that fit, but try to
find ways to accessorize and wear them to fit your new style. As for a
haircut, do your research. Look up the right haircuts and styles for
your face and hair type. Find a hairstyle versatile enough to fit your
changing style.
answers2: clothes? look in magazines or online for inspiration.
answers3: Get an new hair cut
answers4: buy new clothes?

line), Jergens and Curel are all good choices. <br>
<br>
If you want something more earth friendly, check out the Body Shop (in
local malls) - they also have a men's line.

Is milk Hot or Cold for human body?

answers1: Milk is heat or cold
answers2: I am not sure what you mean by heat. <br>
<br>
Milk is a food and therefore contains energy (expressed in Calories or
Joules). When you digest milk, you obtain energy, plus important
nutrients. If you are unable to digest milk, you will get sick, and
you will lose some energy that way! <br>
<br>
Drinking cold milk will absorb some heat from your body; drinking hot
milk will add some heat. Your body will maintain its temperature
anyway.
answers3: 10

Body Heat and calories?

answers1: Yes this is one of the reasons we are so fat these days we
don't need the calories our parents did just to stay warm
answers2: Yes. The reason is that the human body will immediately
react to possible life-threatening circumstances like hypothermia.
The rise in the required energy it takes to change the body's blood
circulation to favor your internal organs to keep you alive causes the
body to give off more heat which is why we start to shiver because our
internal body temperature drops. Now, we are shivering, which absorbs
more of our energy stores because our body is trying to regulate
itself by trying to normalize body temp. Once you stop shivering,
you're in trouble. That's when people start to lose body parts to
frostbite because there is no blood flowing in those parts anymore.
<br>
:)
answers3: calories burned = calories lost which is higher when it's cold.

Can dark skin be beautiful like light and white skin?

answers1: I'm a white guy and LOVE dark skinned women! I love all
women but I am especially attracted to darker women from very dark to
light coffee color. Of course all skin is very gorgeous!
answers2: Everyone's skin can be beautiful.
answers3: Dark skinned peoples are also beautiful...
answers4: I am on the lighter side of the spectrum of dark skinned and
it has been a long time coming, but about 30 years ago, I learned to
love my skin and sink colour. <br>
<br>
It is sad, but I grew up in a time when people of colour were not in
the forefront. This was before the time of Oprah, and the only roll
models I had were Martin Luther King Jr and Motown singers. <br>
<br>
So my point???? It's not about the skin colour, It's about loving
yourself. Once you own that, loving the folks around you is not an
issue and even less of an issue is their skin colour.
answers5: I'm half Korean so I'm not sure if this is only directed at
white people but no matter what colour ya are, I think you're
beautiful. It's a blessing to be alive!
answers6: I've seen some dark skinned people who were absolutely beautiful.
answers7: For me personally it's different so it took me a while to
get used to it, without meaning to be racist I was programmed not to
be attracted to black girls, because I grew up in an area where I
never seen a black person then I met a few when I went to college and
to be honest was nervous at first but then realised that they are the
same and one of my closest friends is black. What I'm trying to say is
I was wrong at first but it's not the skin I didn't like it was
change, people can be afraid of chance and perhaps that's what makes
you ask the question it's not unattractive but different and I say the
more people you meet the more you'll see this
answers8: Darker skin is actually more attractive since it is so
effortlessly even and smooth as silk! All skin can be beautiful but
to me the most attractive complexions belong to Black people. They
come in all shades, from the lightest almost white, to the blackest
ebony and the darker the better in my opinion! Be proud o your skin.
answers9: Everyone is already beautiful for who they are. :) It's
about learning to love and appreciate yourself. Once you grab a hold
of that, a lot of people will love you for being comfortable in your
own skin, and as a result, you'll feel completely comfortable for who
you already are, and wouldn't want to change it.
answers10: Looking and feeling beautiful has nothing to do with skin
color; dark skin is just as lovely as light skin. Also, please ignore
the idiot who thinks everyone wants to be tan and that all white skin
is pasty. All skin is beautiful!

How to stop skin from tanning?

answers1: stay out of the sun
answers2: By wearing long sleeves during the summer or try staying
away from the sun when it's really bright out and wear lots of
sunscreen
answers3: The best way to prevent tanning is use of sunscreen. But if
you already suffer from tanned skin, check out these solutions: <br>
<br>
Lemon Juice <br>
<br>
Lemon is great for curing sun tanned skin due to its natural bleaching
properties. <br>
<br>
You can simply apply some fresh lemon juice on the affected skin
area and allow it to dry before washing the area with water. <br>
You can also add some sugar to lemon juice and apply it on the
skin. Sugar is an excellent cleansing agent. Do this two or three
times a week for fast results. <br>
<br>
Yogurt <br>
<br>
Yogurt is very effective in minimizing a sun tan as it cools the skin
as well as reduces redness and tightens the pores. <br>
<br>
1– Take a cup of plain yogurt and add the juice of one cucumber
and one tomato. <br>
2– Next, add half a cup of gram flour (besan). <br>
3– Apply it on your face and neck. <br>
4– Leave it on for 30-45 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm
water. <br>
<br>
Plus, simply apply some fresh yogurt on your skin daily before taking
a bath. For best results, add tomato juice and lime juice to the
yogurt. <br>
Aloe Vera <br>
<br>
Aloe vera gel will lighten the skin within a week, if applied daily to
the affected area. It also helps cleanse and nourish the skin. <br>
<br>
Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the affected skin areas before going
to bed. <br>
In the morning, wash the skin thoroughly. <br>
<br>
Potato <br>
<br>
Raw potato is an excellent remedy for sun tanned skin. Surprisingly,
it is rich in vitamin c and hence, works as natural bleach. It also
helps soothe sunburn. <br>
<br>
Peel the skin off two to three medium-sized potatoes, cut them
into chunks and put them in a blender to make a paste. <br>
Apply the paste generously all over the affected skin area. Let it
dry for about 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. <br>
<br>
For best results, can add some lemon juice to the potato paste before
applying it.
answers4: Tan is not amazing when your skin color is olive brown, then
tans easily to a dark black from 3 hours at the beach..
answers5: Yoghurt + lemon bleach: Mix yoghurt with lemon juice and
apply it on your skin daily before bath. This is one of the best
remedy for reducing sun tan. <br>
<br>
Potato: For mild tanned skin, rub peeled potato skin on the affected
area or raw potato juice for fast relief. <br>
<br>
Cucumber juice: Apply cucumber juice on your face for 10 minutes after
tanning. Vitamin C in cucumber juice can moisturize your skin
naturally and help you improve your skin tone. You can also rub
freshly cut slices of cucumber on your skin. Paste of cucumber and
honey is also very useful for soothing the redness due to sun-tan.
<br>
<br>
Sandalwood powder: Mix sandalwood powder with coconut oil and almond
oil to make a paste. Apply this paste on your skin and leave it for
half an hour before washing off with cold water.
answers6: Are you kidding? Being tan is amazing, why would you give it
up? Can we switch skin colors?

Guys, do you prefer makeup on girls or not?

answers1: None or very little
answers2: some eye but not to much
answers3: well my befriend loves when i wear make up so I suggest a
little bit like eyeshadow eyeliner lip gloss that's what I wear.
answers4: I prefer women who wear a decent amount of makeup. Not a
clown, but a decent amount. <br>
<br>
I prefer the classy look if a woman is going to wear makeup.
answers5: I dont think guys know what they are talking about. If they
like none or very little, then why do they gah-gah crazy when they see
a models who has her face drowning in makeup? <br>
<br>
They say they dont like makeup, but I dont think most guys know blush
from eyeshadow to lipliner. And some guys don't even notice makeup
when you point it out. <br>
<br>
I think its just best for everyone to wear makeup to enhance their
look but using the minimal amount and natural colors. <br>
<br>
Oh and some models can look "natural" that are actually wearing
makeup. I have a makeup artist friend who says "its surprising how
much makeup it takes to look that natural"
answers6: They like you to use as little as possible! Remember is good
to look natural, if you don't wear that much make up every day ones in
a while is good for them to see some change (depending on where are
you going) Good luck!!
answers7: none or very little. <br>
<br>
if you're under 20 NONE <br>
<br>
little or no lipstick either... <br>
<br>
both taste bad.

how to remove makeup?

answers1: I like the almay makeup remover pads for my eyes and ELF
makeup remover cloths for my face.
answers2: If you don't have make up remover, then put some moisturizer
on a cotton pad/q tip. It works. Don't get it in your eyes though,
it stings. =/
answers3: If you don't have makeup remover, which is available at all
drugstores, you can use olive oil to remove eye makeup! It doesn't
irritate the eyes and you probably have some in your kitchen. For face
makeup, just wash your face with face wash/soap and water.
answers4: Makeup removing wipes or liquid makeup remover
answers5: A make-up remover would be the suggested thing, but when I
run out of those I use aloe vera lotion and then wash it off right
awayy or just plain oil, both work amazingly well.
answers6: You can use lotion I you fixing a mistake put some on a
Q-tip and if your taking it all off use a cotton ball or toilet paper.
If you have time to run to target or Walmart they have makeup removing
wipes targets are cheaper buy the brand elf they work great and there
only $3

In need of a Makeup remover?

answers1: I used Pond's cold cream, it is inexpensive and super gentle
and removes all makeup.
answers2: i use Clinique's take the day off make up remover and it
works great for me. i prefer cleansing oil than any other types simply
because: <br>
<br>
1. it doesn't dries out my skin <br>
2. it removes all the tenacious makeup, dirt and oil <br>
3. i like how it leaves my skin feeling soft <br>
<br>
but, if you need a cheaper alternative, olive oil or baby oil works
just fine. you could also try a cleansing wipes. they don't cost that
much either. <br>
<br>
<br>
hope this helps =)
answers3: I think you're just using a cheap, bad, or just a mild
cleanser. If you use a good cleanser that is made for taking off
makeup, it would take off all your makeup because cleansers are way,
way better than makeup removers. Makeup removers are bad for your
skin because it messes around with the pH of your skin and stuff.
<br>
<br>
But if I must, I totally recommend the Neutrogena's makeup remover,
they have the best drugstore makeup remover and great for their price.
You could use the higher end makeup remover but I don't think it's
worth it, unless you think so, then go ahead! <br>
<br>
After you use the makeup remover, it leaves the "oil" left so I
recommend you use a cleanser to clean your face afterwards to remove
everything completely just to make sure.
answers4: try buying a face wash that is actually a make up remover
like lancome's cleansing face wash. This is rather expensive however
so if you want something cheaper, you can buy makeup erasing wipes
from anywhere like shoppers and im pretty sure Nutrugena has a good
one
answers5: It depends on how thick your make up is. But I would
recommend cleansing oil. It fever fails to remove all the make up.
It's good if you remove your eye make up with eye make up remover
first. <br>
<br>
Cleansing oil will mix with your make up and dirt that clogs your
pores, to bring them out of your skin really well. <br>
<br>
I've been using Shu Uemura Cleansing oil. It really brings out all the
dirt that clogs my pores and the ugly black heads. It improves my acne
prone skin and causes less breakout.
answers6: Neutrogena makeup wipes. They are like $8, but they remove
makeup nicely. Then you can wash your face. You can even use it to
remove eye makeup too.
answers7: If your looking for a cheap alternatitive to expensive
makeup removers, try extra Virgin olive oil, It doesn't cause you to
break out, and it definitely always does the job for me! It also
conditions your eye lashes.

answers1: no
answers2: ok well u obviously don"t now anything about MAC makeup <br>
first of all it is only sold in high end department stores <br>
they also have there own store in some malls <br>
but first of all if you wanted to know if they are in walmart or
target then you probably wanted it cheap so i would suggest getting
HIP it is almost the same as MAC just a lot cheaper and they have a
lot of the same colors :D hope this helps
answers3: No. Some dept stores will have a MAC counter though. Like
Macy's, Dillards, Lord & Taylor etc...
answers4: Nope. However, you can buy it online or some select
Department Stores have it. They also have MAC stores in various malls
around the country! <br>
<br>
Peace <3
answers5: Nope, Mac is one of the best, the creme de la creme of
makeup, it will never be sold in common places like Walmart or Target,
it is too upscale to be sold there. You can find this product a some
of the major department stores, in select Mac stores, online, and some
individual sellers are selling them on Ebay. Great product though,
they know their business, and their advertisement is phenomenal.
<br>
<br>
Try it you'll definitely like it.
answers6: Hun sorry but no. MAC is the Louis Vuitton of makeup. MAC is
amazing tho i buy from there all the time. i have every eyeshadow they

Can hair dye cause hair loss?

answers1: Yeah dying your hair can cause hair loss. Some people need
salons to do their hair coloring because a color specialist knows all
the science of hair like porosity, how many levels you have to go up
or down, texture, science of color etc, etc.
answers2: hair dye causes hair loss and it causes alot of damage to
your hair. it will even cause a diffrent colour to your hair in
future. you hair will be dull if you stop using it.
answers3: I am not aware of any medical evidence to suggest that hair
dye and hair loss are related. If they were, I would suspect that
we'd see a lot more cases of hair loss that suddenly begins when a
person starts using hair dye. Considering that about 95% of women
color their hair in some way shape or form, it doesn't seem logical
that hair dye could cause this sort of problem or we'd see a lot more
balding women. <br>
<br>
Medically speaking, there are really only 3 causes of hair loss: <br>
<br>
1. In men, there is male pattern baldness. This is genetic and has
nothing to do with environmental factors such as wearing a hat, hair
products, shampoo or whatever other old wives tales people think
causes it. <br>
<br>
2. In women baldness is usually related to hormonal effects or other
medical issues that a woman may have. Again, it has nothing to do
with things she puts in her hair, styling tools, etc. <br>
<br>
3. Traction alopecia. This happens when a person wears their hair in
tightly pulled braids, dreads, etc. If a person does this long
enough, the hair can fall out due to "pulling". This is usually not
permanent though as it doesn't actually affect the hair follicles.
<br>
<br>
If you are experiencing hair loss - and I'm not talking about
shedding. You need to be aware that it's normal for every person to
shed between 50-100 hairs a day. Some estimates even say up to 150
hairs. But if you are seeing thin patches on your scalp or an
inordinate amount of shedding, I would suggest seeing a doctor because
if it is hair loss, it's likely something medical - not your hair dye.
answers4: Yes. Especially if you are bleaching it.
answers5: There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession
or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is
responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern
baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are
a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you
will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem. <br>
<br>
Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe
mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching
agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to
braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair
loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these
conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve
success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or
natural methods. <br>
<br>
In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to
conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and
often more effective. <br>
<br>
A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well
described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org <br>
Good Bye
answers6: There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine ,
glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here <a
href="https://bitly.im/aOh8E"
rel="nofollow"class=Clr-b>https://bitly.im/aOh8E</a> Men, and
sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for
several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics,
illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can
use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but
sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop
hair loss naturally.
answers7: yes hair dye may be the cause of hair loss so you have to be
care abut hair dye and if you are suffering from hair loss because of
hair loss then you can apply hair treatment and biotin capsules and
also you can apply minoxidil and other kind of supplement which will
be good for your hair loss <br>
and also you should take vitamins and minerals for hair loss

answers4: I really haven't been looking at shoes too much (my groom is
only about an inch taller than me, I'll be wearing slippers), BUT
Crystal Bride in Geneva seemed to have a decent selection, along with
Veiled.. something. I can't remember the name, but it's on "State"
(Roosevelt) just east of Crystal Bride. They had quite a few
accessories. Also, in the mall, there's a place called Total wedding
that has some stuff, though I think it's more along the line of
claires.. <br>
<br>
That's about all I have for you right now. Good Luck!
answers5: Why don't you look online for bridal resale shops in your
area? I got married 6 yrs ago, and I found my veil at a bridal resale
for $2.00!!! They have tons of veils, combs, dresses, shoes etc. THe
shop I went to recently closed, but I'm sure there are more.

Can Assange be charged with accessory to murder?

answers1: Nope. He is protected by the 1st Amendment to the US Cnstitution. <br>
<br>
The soldier that leaked the information could be convicted and
possibly executed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
answers2: Since the killings are of Afghans, by Afghans, in
Afghanistan, the only country with jurisdiction to try him would be
Afghanistan. <br>
<br>
I will be honest and admit that I do not have a clue as to what Afghan
law might say as to the requirements for an accessory charge - or even
if their law even has such a charge. In addition, I do not know what
countries Afghanistan might have extradition treaties with. Also, the
Afghan judicial system is so messed up that even if a country had a
formal treaty of extradition with them, I doubt they would extradite
someone to face such charges there anyway. <br>
<br>
Edit.... <br>
WRG is completely wrong. The 1st Amendment to the US Constitution
applies only to legal actions in the US, or by the US government.
Assange is an Australian, Wiki-Leaks has no servers in the US, and any
legal charges would fall under Afgan law. The US Constitution is
completely irrelevant to his case. <br>

Manufactures of "Motorcycle Accessories" in DELHI.. addresses please...?

answers1: Most of the accessories manufacturer in Delhi do not have
existence online. Mainly because most of them are small timers. Your
best bet is to pay Delhi a visit and check out Karol Bagh where most
of the motorcycle accessory is wholesaled and retailed. You might be
able to build a link through that.Btw cheap doesn't mean better
quality. So beware.

MikuMikuDance Accessory Help?

answers1: From what you're saying it sounds like you need to unzip the
files first. If you're on a Windows 7 computer -or possibly below
that-I think you should be able to just right click on the folder and
click extract. If that doesn't work just download Winzip, it has a
free trial that lasts a month or so. <br>
<br>
After you've extracted the files to wherever you wanted to put them,
opened MMD, and opened your model make sure you are on
Camera/Light/Accessory in the Model Manipulation tab - the red one on
the left. Now go over to the yellow/brownish accessory manipulation
tab and click the load button. Find your accessories and clothes -
they should be saved as .vac files or .x files - and open them. <br>
<br>
I hope I answered your question and was of some help! Good luck!

IS FASHION ART???????????????????????????????????//?

answers1: yes it is
answers2: answer is the two definite an no. There are components of
style that would surely be seen paintings. despite the fact that the
two as plenty greater of that's a skill or commerce. The organic
aesthetic layout element of style would nicely be seen an
paintings-sort, despite the fact that from thereon in all components
of style, the slicing, sewing of a couture costume to styling for a
photoshoot turns into marketplace artwork, and subsequently a
commerce. If one have been to pose the question despite if a couture
costume made for the runway is paintings although, the respond could
be quite diverse, whilst a great number of the artwork positioned into
the costume could be the artwork of a craftsman, the suitable product
could be seen a chunk of paintings. To sum up, the aesthetics of
layout, couture clothing and pictures themselves could be seen
paintings, yet something of the form marketplace is strictly that, an
marketplace. Male, 20. analyzing components technology and Engineering

your element as valid, i might nonetheless choose to contest your
argument. whilst style does certainly ebb and circulate with passing
time and is especially commercialised, that's only the facade that it
holds as much as proceed to exist. there's a dying breed of style
homes belonging the elite band of the Chambre syndicale de la high
fashion whose life relies on the laurels of those corresponding to
Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel, and Christian Dior (and later persisted with
the help of the likes of Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani),
people who no longer purely created clothing, yet understood and
redefined femininity, and it is their legacy. We would have moved
forward, yet modern-day style dates back to those founders.

i think humanities goal is to become gods???...?

answers1: You are entitled to your opinion but I disagree. I do not
think humans can ever be a god or gods.
answers2: While I don't believe that we are to become gods, I do
believe that we are to become intelligent autonomous moral agents.
That is to say, someone god could hang with, not simply look down
upon. For some reason, most Christians seem to think that god is a
father that wants his children to be less than two years old forever,
but he will judge them at that age and throw his bad two year olds in
the stew while simply keeping his good two year olds at that age
forever. I don't see the point in a god making us if he doesn't
want us to grow up.
answers3: Mormons believe that our nature is divine and so is our
potential and that this entire plan was set up to allow us to reach
that divine potential and become like God.
answers4: i've got confidence this too, there's a evil and a sturdy
god. the evil in this occasion is oil companies, we've all this turf
war, oil wars, greenhouse fx, all this crap taking place because of
grease... the sturdy in it somewhat is... organic materials,
photograph voltaic panels, wind skill, greener automobiles(honda
fcx<--superb element ever) yet.. we.. as human beings are lazy, we
choose uncooked skill, and maximum are uneducated, so we stick to the
advise of the evil doers. ex. in bible, snake adam/eve and apple.
now... if we dont administration our skill, and use of it, we as
humanity as sturdy will injury each little thing weve created, yet as
quickly as we cope with it.... we are able to put off, possibly even
do away with... an end... this doesnt prepare for over.... 5 Billion

Is Theology 101 considered a humanities course, or considered a social/behavioral science?

answers1: It honestly depends on the school where you are at. It
could also be listed under the religious studies heading.
answers2: i'm going to assert that's fall below social technology.
Theology is reasoned discourse approximately God or the gods, or
greater many times approximately faith or spirituality. Theologians
use multiple varieties of learn and argument (philosophical,
ethnographic, historic) to help understand, clarify, try, critique,
shield or sell any of a myriad of non secular matters. it could be
undertaken to help the theologian * understand greater rather his or
her very own non secular custom * understand greater rather yet
another non secular custom * make comparisons between non secular
traditions * shield a non secular custom, * facilitate reform of a
undeniable custom * help in the propagation of a non secular custom,
or * draw on the materials of a convention to tackle some contemporary
difficulty or desire,or for certainly one of those different motives.
The social sciences are a set of educational disciplines that learn
human aspects of the international. They diverge from the humanities
and arts in that the social sciences tend to emphasise using the
medical approach in the learn of humanity, consisting of quantitative
and qualitative methods.

Should History be considered Arts/Humanities, or Social Science?

answers1: It depends what school you go to, I graduated with a degree
in history, which fell under arts and humanities, but arts and
humanities fell under the school of science, so my diploma says a
bachelors of science in history.
answers2: It's always been social science most places, remember jr
high, social studies? Just a different name for the same thing. <br>
<br>
If I were head of that University, History would be the top of the
food chain of its own department.
answers3: This is a good question. I was just reading about the
philosophy of history in Mark Gilderhus' History and Historians, in
particular the positivist vs. idealist viewpoints which pertain to
this issue. Basically there are two fundamental thought processes in
analyzing history. On the one hand, positivism would see history
studied through scientific and mathematical methods. One would examine
history to determine rational cause-effect relationships that could be
applied generally. To me this is unrealistic hogwash. You cannot use
math to determine the outcomes of human events. Human beings aren't
always rational. they're very complex individuals. The idealists would
study history by first examining the actions taken, then attempting to
empathize with the historical actors. To get inside their heads and
judge their actions this way. By analyzing the primary source
documents and drawing reasonable conclusions about past individuals
states of mind. This adds the crucial human element lacking in the
positivist equation and in my opinion makes history worth studying.
<br>
<br>
So in my opinion i believe that history should be in the humanities
department and not lumped in with the social sciences.
answers4: This Site Might Help You. <br>
<br>
RE: <br>
Should History be considered Arts/Humanities, or Social Science? <br>
When I began college, majoring in history at Michigan State
University, the History department fell in the college of arts and
letters (humanities), but by the time I graduated, the admin had
decided to move it to the college of social sciences. Is history a
social science, or an art and/or...
answers5: Although many universities organize their History Department
within the "School of Social Sciences," it's not really a great fit.
<br>
<br>
The "Social Sciences" are the products of a specific time and place
during which the "scientific method" was applied to human behavior.
That is, Psychologists, Sociologists, Anthropologists and Political
Scientists were applying data to test hypotheses about human behavior.
And those tests should be replicatable by other researchers. <br>
<br>
History isn't done that way. For one thing, history is as old as human
civilization, and isn't a product of the 19th Century. Second, it's
more "art" than it is "science." A good historian is, first, a good
storyteller. Although history should be based on empirical fact, it
isn't data-driven. <br>
<br>
So although it may deal with similar subject matter, history is more
akin to literature and art than it is to the social sciences.
answers6: Is History A Social Science
answers7: For the best answers, search on this site <a
href="https://shorturl.im/axghQ"
rel="nofollow"class=Clr-b>https://shorturl.im/axghQ</a> <br>
<br>
Because the folks at Y!A that categorized this site are idiots. You'll
find it under Arts & Humanities; probably because they considered it a
'human' thing.
answers8: I pondered that myself as it was part of social science in
secondary school but a humanities in university. I think the
distinction is that in secondary school, one is learning history,
meaning facts, dates, people involved, etc. In university, the
emphasis shifts to interpreting history, such as why a certain event
occurred and what did it effect afterwards. In other words, the social
sciences form the foundation upon which the humanities are built.
answers9: Hi, just wanted to mention, I enjoyed this discussion. quite
valuable replies
answers10: History is a compilation of facts, which can be broadly
interpreted. It's not a social science, because it doesn't have the
focus of, say, economics and politics. You can probably claim most
social sciences as small categories, which can be gathered under the
big umbrella of History.

I need 2 Humanities credits, could i take spanish, would this class as humanities?

answers1: Probably, but it depends upon your school. Check your
undergraduate catalog, or ask your advisor. By definition, a foreign
language is a form of humanities. The university I attended accepted
foreign language coursework for humanities requirements, but only at
the intermediate or advanced levels; introductory courses did not
fulfill the requirement. Some schools consider a foreign language
course to fulfill the humanities requirements. Other schools use the
term "humanities" when they really just mean "fine arts" and want a
course in literature, visual arts, or performing arts.
answers2: Spanish, the second most popular language on earth after
english, should be a humanities subject. Check with your guidance
counsellor to be sure
answers3: Not in my college
answers4: It just depends on your college. Set up an appointment with
your guidance couselor.
answers5: i'm uncertain why an 8th grader may be put in a eleventh and
twelfth grade type. I mean, does not the curriculum be plenty too
progressed for you? It in basic terms would not make experience to me
in any respect. you actual would desire to speak to the advisors to
get you out of there ASAP. Get your dad and mom in touch. None the

belief. It would not look as though they have pronounced something
mean or rude, so why enable it worry you a lot? in basic terms smile,

Are the Arts & Humanities far less important than Business? Why or why not?

answers1: Whatever is important for you is important. OTOH, if art
doesn't mean much to you, it doesn't mean art isn't valuable or
useful. Not to assume, but your comment does appear to be judgmental.
You can be sure that whatever turns you on is a turnoff to someone
else. So mind your judgments. <br>
Donny (Life Coach)
answers2: I would say no... Arts and Humanities stand equal to
business in the way of development of lets say any country... Even
business contains " ethics " which is nothing but a developed version
of humanity and practice.. things such as motivation to employees,
creativity, innovations, etc are all important aspects of business
without which it can't stand for longer... <br>
Arts on the other hand makes us familiar to our ethics and religion or
say the truths people have realized in their lives (eg. poetry tells
us the experiences of poets) .. and these truths are somewhere or the
other utilized in day to day activities of business(some might not
even realize this but it happens)... a good example is the
relationship between employees and entrepreneur of the same
business... A good entrepreneur has the art to handle his employees
and take out maximum work from them... This art he learns via
socializing himself with them(or people similar to them) and from the
lessons he learned through out his life(by reading articles, novels
and by meeting different types of people).... <br>
<br>
so for the conclusion i can tell u that yes both of them are
important... metaphorically our culture, arts, humanities, etc are the
base of the lighthouse... without the help of lighthouse(business) the
ships(people) won't be able to reach the port( their goals) on time...
and to build this lighthouse we need a base i.e. of course our
ethics...
answers3: I totally agree with Miliue. If there weren't art, etc.,
this world would be pretty boring!
answers4: People create art to find meaning. <br>
<br>
Arts and humanities teach us how to be human, how to reflect on life
and ourselves, and how to weigh what is important, how to be in the
world. Every culture has its literature and art that shows how and
why, teaches life lessons and ethics, and allows someone to step out
of their lives and imagine life in other ways. <br>
<br>
Imagine trying to innovate without some wonder and daydreams, those
leaps of logic and art that a spreadsheet or bottom-line will not
provide. <br>
<br>
Does one go to a cleaner or a library for enlightenment, do you visit
a museum or a grocery store to see great art, can you capture the
emotion and beauty of music at your car dealership; maybe, but
probably not. Art is a mirror. Business is business. The Soviet system
showed what happens when art and beauty are excised from life...people
rebelled and craved art, hiding it, sharing it even as it was
outlawed, risking their lives to have it. <br>
<br>
Without art and literature we'd have a bleak and hollow world.
answers5: I agree, Arts and Humanities is pretty useless during an
economical crisis. <br>
As a matter of fact, Arts and Humanities has never been useful except
for drawing certain plants, body systems...etc.
answers6: No simply because humanities is about persons and their
interest, and they are all in some sort of business or educational
pursues, while Business is vital, even courses I took after my degree
of Liberal Arts, the Executive Secretarial courses have been pulling
me through 7 years now, 4 of which I'm alone and knew nothing about
bills, and other business strata, on a personal level.
answers7: Arts and Humanities are not merely for creating pictures.
These subjects often help us develop the capacity for lateral thought,
which is increasingly important. In fact, recent theorists have
hypothesised that cognitive flexibility, inventiveness, and other
traits associated with lateral thinking, are essential to adapt to
rapidly changing global forces. A scholarly paper has also written
explicitly with this in mind, called 'Solving business problems using
a lateral thinking approach'. <br>
<br>
Studies in Visual Arts in particular, are also crucial to understand
the limitless depths of Visual Language in our contemporary society,
as very few students develop this ability without formal tuition. Such
knowledge helps inform our decisions, and also helps create effective
advertising. <br>
<br>
Suffice to say, Business would not be the same without studies in
Humanities, as they encourage lateral thinking and critical thinking,
which are both required for effective performance in both business (as
discussed earlier) and tertiary studies.
answers8: Really - you've got a good discussion going, but no one else
seems to realize you've asked the same question at least three times,
with three great answer threads
answers9: Riiiiight. Like Bernie Madoff is the greatest humanitarian
who ever lived. Like Lehman Brothers is responsible for creating
millions of jobs and raising the living standard of millions of poor
people. <br>
<br>
What kind of drugs are you on, anyway?
answers10: Arts & Humanities are part of every business and business
is a part of arts & humanities. This is like comparing a nose with a
foot. They are both part of the body but obviously have different
functions. You can't appreciate a work of art unless you know about
it. marketing your art work or theory is essential if you want people
to know about it or to impact society & culture. When a business is
created it is always solving a problem or facilitating solving a
problem. Art, humanities and business work hand in hand.

Describe how art history and art criticism are different.?

encouraging us to look at art in a deeper way. Different in that
criticism involves personal opinion but history one hopes is factual

martial arts is it an art?

answers1: Any activity requiring time, effort, energy and commitment
is an art. Whether the end result is a painting, a song, a dance, a
movie or a set of martial techniques. Art, like beauty, is in the eye
(or ear,) of the beholder.
answers2: it could be seen as beautiful <br>
<br>
it could also be called "martial strategy"
answers3: it is supposed to be beautiful to watch, like kata for
example, kata is supposed to look perfect and eye catching, but it has
deadly applications
answers4: well friend i consider it an art. its beauty lies within its
movements and applicable thought implications. <br>
<br>
i would equate its beauty to a ballet dancer or a painter in the sense
that a ballet dancer utilizes grace, speed, momentum, and flexibility
to touch your emotions...samething goes for a martial artist. the
painter creates beautiful pieces from his mind and he does it using
very simple tools. a martial artists' tools are his limbs, or
weaponry. from his mind flows infinate possibilites on how to best use
what he has to express himself. <br>
<br>
now you can really see the beauty and full expression during a form.
if you sat and witnessed amillion ppl execute the same form, you'll
get amillion different interpretations. and you can tell after the
form is completed, just how much the artist expressed himself. its a
great sight. <br>
<br>
now a painter uses a canvus...a ballet dancer uses a stage or studio.
a martial artist uses another human being. <br>
<br>
getting more indepth, the greatest martial artist leaves behind their
best portaits...their own created styles. Jeet kun do, kyokushin,
shotokan, wado ryu, aikido, etc... all great works of art.

such a beautiful art with a disgusting question.

what is art?

answers1: Art is universal that something your create with all your
hearts. Art is something so wonderful that we can judge trough our
foreseen, listen, mind and heart. That's art truely means.
answers2: fine art is dead. Some people didnt get Andy Warhol. Thats
because he was an early post-modernist. <br>
Post-modern street art is where its at. In the US, punx go sticker up
street signs, since Andre the Giant came
along...http://www.banksytshirts.org/news/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/banksy-3.jpg
answers3: Well, Andre Gide said that "Art is a collaboration between
God and the artist; and the less the artist does, the better". <br>
<br>
A.N. Whitehead said "Art is the imposing of a pattern on experience,
and our aesthetic enjoyment is a recognition of the pattern. <br>
<br>
Art must generally have a few commonalities... <br>
<br>
It must express GESTALT - that is it should be, when taken as a whole,
more than the sum of its parts or components. <br>
<br>
It must have POWER - personal power, religious power, shock value, the
power to calm and soothe - Art must EVOKE, that is it needs to create
in the person experiencing it some kind of response, be it emotional,
visceral, totally cerebral or a combination of any number of types of
response. <br>
<br>
That's pretty much it. From those first cave drawings made with
charcoal - representing the hunt for food and mans understanding of
his place in it - or simply a really good hunt, to the stunning
paintings of the Renaissance, to the post modern beauty of modern day
civic sculpture like "Cloud Gate" in Chicago, art moves us and makes
us think or feel or laugh or cry. <br>
<br>
Art is the fundamental expression of the human soul.
answers4: Art is subjective. That's the beauty of it.
answers5: We will be "art" is defined as the human through the use of
materials and special tools, the use of certain aesthetic ability and
skills, interaction between spirit and material, spiritual and
aesthetic object, is full of passion and vitality of creative labor.
We can say that it is a spiritual and cultural creation, is the
organic combination of human ideology and production patterns of body

Where in Arizona would I have the most respectable B.A. degree in graphic design?

answers1: You need to rethink ALL your choices. They all are
for-profit scam schools. Watch "College Inc" on Frontline. <br>
<br>
If its one of the Art Institutes run by EDMC (all of them that use the <br>
AI logo), avoid them like a plague. They're not an art school <br>
employers take seriously. They're open enrollment, they take ANYONE. <br>
They just want the financial aid from the government that you are <br>
entitled to. The government is now suing them for 11 Billion Dollars
which could wipe them off the map easily. They also got hit with
ANOTHER lawsuit claiming the same thing! <br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
If you ask me, they're an elaborate corporate scam to funnel as many <br>
Government Pell grants and guaranteed loans out of students as they <br>
can and leave the students with the bill. <br>
<br>
They're like McDonald's of Art "Colleges". They're a chain that is <br>
popping up everywhere. They buy out dying schools, rename them, keep <br>
the accreditation.They create programs designed for impulse buyers and
quick hits aka uninformed students. <br>
<br>
They may seem like they would be good, but it is all smoke and <br>
mirrors. Pretty building with pretty computers. Meanwhile, it will <br>
just ruin your life. <br>
<br>
The market demand they say they're meeting is not the demand of the <br>
Job market, its the demand of the students. Students that graduated AI <br>
are struggling to get jobs and have over more than $50,000+ or <br>
$90,000+ in debt depending on what degree they went for. Degrees that <br>
are worthless in the job market. <br>
<br>
Basically, AI is a degree mill, a total debt factory. They use bloated
success stats and <br>
circle logic to back them up. <br>
<br>
They count students working at Toys R Us as in the field. Avoid them <br>
if you want to actually have a decent future. <br>
<br>
If you really want to pursue your passion, go to a community college, <br>
study fine art, and then transfer into a state school. It will be <br>
cheaper and the money you save you can buy your own equipment and <br>
STILL have money left over for a better future. <br>
<br>
Their job leads are bogus, they go to Monster, Craigslist, and career <br>
builder just like everyone else. Their top employer is HOME DEPOT <br>
(Check their own website) and I guarantee none of those are art jobs. <br>
<br>
Don't make the same mistake my friends and I did. We'll be paying for <br>
it for the rest of our lives. <br>
<br>
If you go with AI you'll be folding clothes at Target or hawking video <br>
games at Toys R Us for $8.25 an hour and struggling to pay $90,000+ <br>
with bill collectors haunting your every waking moment for the REST OF <br>
YOUR LIFE with no way to stop them because there is no bankruptcy <br>
protection on Student loans. <br>
Please please please make sure you check out these news articles <br>
below. Many are accounts from students, staff, and teachers of AI. <br>
Feel free to check YELP ("Filtered results" as well.) <br>
<br>
<br>
What you do with this information is your choice, I just want to make <br>
sure you know everything before listening to one of their recruiters <br>
sales pitch. Remember, they're paid sales people. Not your friend. <br>
College may be expensive but what these guys are pulling is straight <br>
out highway robbery. <br>
<br>
Below is a few news articles about different AI's around the country.
They're all pulling the same thing. <br>
Its EDMC's business model. <br>
<br>
You will NOT make enough to back the loans. They know this. They just
want the government money they can pull in your name. <br>
Decide for yoursel
answers2: 1
answers3: Please do yourself a huge favor and AVOID those private
overly priced For-profit schools such as the art institute, grand
canyon university, visual arts school and others as they are merely
out to "make a profit" (**and their course credits usually do NOT
transfer to other schools). It may be tough to obtain a job in
graphic design as it is, much less with a degree from a for-profit
school. <br>
<br>
These consumer sites have a lot of negative posts by former students
about those for-profit schools, and please heed the students'
warnings: <br>

answers4: DSLR photography doesn't need to be over-complicated. This
online photography course has been developed for beginners -
intermediate levels and will teach you how to make the best use of
your DSLR camera. <a href="https://tr.im/XagSc"
rel="nofollow"class=Clr-b>https://tr.im/XagSc</a> <br>
<br>
Learning how to confidently use your DSLR will help you get full value
out of this awesome camera you have already paid for! <br>
<br>
This course has been developed after seeing many potential
photographers give up far too soon, wasting good money they have spent
on the purchase of their DSLR camera.
answers5: Id suggest you to get a double degree with photography or
another art related degree. Graphic design either pays well or doesnt.

What to do with a double major of Anthropology and Photography/Visual Arts?

answers1: i'm an paintings significant and an anthropology minor
approximately to pass into my final semester. It shouldn't take you
any further than predicted in case you recognize that's what you want
to do. i began out out my college profession pre-med and that i'm
nonetheless going to graduate on time. Double majors are actually not
any situation. additionally understand that your objective of being an
anthropologist would not hinge on your college significant. you may
pass to grad college for anthropology despite in case you do not
significant in it, yet take some training and do properly in them.
purely shop an open innovations once you get to college approximately
what you want to do and don't concentration in too narrowly too
quickly, for the reason which you will possibly be very interested in
a minimum of something you have in no way considered.
answers2: You'd mostly head to high schools and eventually colleges
for education with anthropology. <br>
<br>
I'd just like to point out, that I hope you have taken into consider
what you are planning to do. Anthropology and Art are very different,
and taking a double major means the tuition per year will be
significantly higher + you'll have double the classes since not many
(if any) class will overlap for each major.

"Art" vs. "art" assignment for Intro to Visual Arts?

answers1: WELL...umm....i'd say this: <br>
<br>
Art is whole I find no difference <br>
Art is just Art <br>
Art has no differenece they relay what ever: you the artist intends to
display/show.
answers2: Art and art, the differentiation lies in the mind. It is how
you see. <br>
When i see the word Art, it attracts me as "A" here is much louder.
Whereas seeing art means just another word.
answers3: Hmmm...i assume i do no longer be attentive to if i think
music to consistently be 'useful' or if the motive to create some
thing musical in nature is often there. i'm somebody that hears
'music' very very nearly continuously in on a daily basis
existence...the clicking of footwear on the pavement as a man or woman
walks, the sound from the printer outdoors my place of work because it
cycles the toner cartridges, etc. somewhat, as i grow to be on the
edge of bypass to artwork the different morning i grow to be status
interior the washing room and the sound of water dripping from the
faucet interior the tub and hitting the fiberglass caught my interest
and that i grow to be bopping my head alongside to it. To me, rhythm
is the inspiration for the full factor, and there are maximum of
rhythmic components in on a daily basis existence that i'm no longer
able to help yet hear 'music' very very nearly everywhere i bypass.
some won't desire to define it so widely, that's super. The definition
of music itself is merely as subjective as our tastes and
alternatives. So specific, I do think of that such ambient sounds
could be defined as 'artwork' because of the fact the definition of
artwork is so great as to contain the two a canvas being painted
merely pink and the Mona Lisa. i think of there are a number of
distinctive ranges, yet all of them fall decrease than the umbrella as
far as i'm worried.
answers4: In the English Literal Term...Art is a Guy,who is at odds
with the Field of art ? Can't Understand it? Questions it's worth,in
the real World? <br>
<br>
Art is Respectable,where art is refrigerator magnet bait. <br>
<br>
To Me...Art is anything Timeless.Like a Hit Song that always sounds
Perfect to the Ear.Like a Flower,One cannot stop gazing into.Art is
the Specter of Love,Truth,and Hope,Echoing from an Image so
Loudly...it ends up in a Museum...for generations to come.Art is
Prized by Villains,Pillaging through Wars,that is dropped with all
Loot,in their retreat.Art...is Truly art...to the Heart that Loves
it.Wether it is a Professor of College,a Gift to Royalty,or a
Mother,Who's Child has Handed Her a Scribbled Crayola Masterpiece.She
may see it as Such...but the Child's Heart,has named it so
Differently.To Me...Art...is a Gift,not easily Created,yet Given
Simply...to the History of This World...and to Time.

Why do people use the term acting Black or acting White?

answers1: I hate that. I get accused of "talking white" because I
don't like slang or abbreviating words. And I'm known to correct
people's spelling and/or grammar. <br>
<br>
It's like no I'm a biracial chick who hates morons.
answers2: i suppose its just that theres still i seperation between
black and white people ... ders still racism in the world !!!
answers3: I agree. The whole idea is stupid. Most of the people I know
who "act black" or "act white" were raised around white or black
people. So they aren't trying to be like them as much as they are
acting like they were raised to. The only white friends who I know who
stereotypically act black have a lot of black friends and eventually
developed that kind of behavior. <br>
<br>
So no you aren't acting like a color. You can't act like a color. You
are just acting the way you learned how to act.
answers4: Because there are a lot of people (including Al Sharpton)
that depend on black people to act like pieces of garbage and commit
crime so he can cry about what an outrage it is everytime a crack
dealer gets arrested. <br>
<br>
The powers that be you want to talk with your "***** dialect" to scare
stupid white people, and make them assume you're a criminal so they
see you as an enemy rather than a potential friend. <br>
<br>
The people in power depend on the segregation of whites and blacks to
hold onto their power, because the second we stop looking at race and
start looking at social class, we realize there are a hell of a lot
more of us working our fingers to the bone than there are guys in
suits sitting around smoking cigars and collecting the money we're
money. <br>
<br>
The most rebellious thing a black man can do is to become rich and
successful through legal means (and not being an entertainer) and
speak like a human being, not a stereotype. All white people speak
differently, why can't all black people?
answers5: Because they are morons who rely on stereotypes and
generalizations to "teach" them about life.
answers6: well lets face it different cultures have their own
mannerisms and yup you can act black or white. the operative word is
MANNERISMS not GOALS
answers7: No, you can't act a color. But you can act a culture. And
these cultures are defined by which racial group makes up the
majority.. <br>
<br>
And white culture is speaking proper english with proper grammer.
Showing respect to people around you. Valuing education, etc. <br>
<br>
And "black" culture is gangasta, obnoxious, hiphop, drug obsessed. <br>
<br>
It doesn't mean everybody in these cultures is a specific race, it's
just a statistical representation.
answers8: You seem very self concious because if you act like and look
like what you want then why does it matter what they say. Black people
in GENERAL do similar things, act similar, and dress similarly. Now
with that said with my personal style "preppy" which is not the
sagging, urban (however you want to genrealize black people) style
does not get me called an oreo. Perhaps its your personality that adds
to the fact that you dress differently. For example you don't want to
be called an oreo or said to be acting white yet you "stereotype" by
saying you speak regular american english as if only white people do
so. It seems to me that you already have the if its white then your
alright complex...and that is your philosophy without how you dress
being a factor.
answers9: No, you're right. You can't ''act a color'' but you can act
a culture, when they say black, they mean ''african-american'' and
when they try to act that way, they act out the most transparent
stereotype, by acting 'hood' or 'gangsta' because of what the media
and rap industry represents on behalf of your race.
answers10: I get so annoyed by that. Just because I don't listen to
rap, educated, and know how to speak correct English does not mean
that I am "acting white". I know my history and where I came from. I
love my people and my culture but I like other cultures too (not so
much the people). If you're quiet and respectful, then you are
apparently "acting white". So stupid. Why must African Americans or
anyone have limitations to how we are "suppose" to act? <br>
<br>
A black person is only acting when when they forget the fact that they
are black and want to be white. Otherwise than that, you're just
acting like an educated black person, like many others but people fail
to see us that way.

does cancer & pisces usually act?

answers1: Every Cancer man I know has mostly female friends, and very
few, if any male friends. They are feminine in their relationships and
seeks a woman who will stand up for him and take care of him,
basically be the guy in the relationship except for in the
bedroom(Must be why most of them are attracted to Scorpio and Aries
women). They are extremely judgmental and critical of women at times,
although they are that way towards most people. I think it is the
influence of the moon in the sign, because Cancer women I know are not
like this. Honestly, I am not saying Cancer men are all bad people but
I noticed a pattern among the few I've met.
answers2: Have you ever asked yourself why you find things like this
so fascinating? The reason, I suspect, is because down inside you feel
uncertain and nervous about the future and think these things might
help you feel more confident. <br>
<br>
But this is precisely why I urge you to put your trust in God alone
for the future. As I have often said, predictions like these about the
future are almost never on target (or else they are too vague to
really mean anything). Why build your life around them or get your
guidance from them? They are only a substitute for the guidance you
really need—which is from God. <br>
<br>
My other concern, however, is one that I hope you will take very
seriously. These things may seem innocent and amusing at first—but
it's easy to get more and more fascinated with them, and eventually
become involved in occult practices that are not from God. <br>
<br>
Don't be misled: Occult practices are not from God, but from
spiritual forces opposed to God. Instead, put your faith and trust in
Christ. When we know Him, we know we are safely in His hands no matter
what the future holds. The Bible is right: "When men tell you to
consult mediums and spiritists ... should not a people inquire of
their God?" (Isaiah 8:19). <br>
<br>
<br>
http://peacewithgod.jesus.net/
answers3
: its called modisty, other signs would do well to learn from them
answers4: Not really. I have noticed that they tend to act really silly tho.
answers5: is Tom Cruise dumb? he is a cancer too <br>
<br>
other famous cancer are Tom Hanks, Tobey Maguire and 50 Cent. <br>
<br>
Wouldn't say they are dumb, but they definitely want to have fun. They
don't mind acting stupid to make you laugh. <br>
<br>
One problem with Cancer male is that they have difficulty to make
choice. They just can't decide very fast. May be that's why they look
dumb sometime
answers6: Yeah they are pretty dumb. Unless they have a fire moon,or <br>
Air....
answers7: emotional
answers8: My boyfriend is a cancer. He is super nice, humble and
honest. He can be really goofy though. He is really sweet and caring.
They don't act like know-it-alls even when they are smart they dont
brag about it. Unlike some other people I have seen that have that
smart and hot-guy facade to impress women.

how do asian people usually act?

answers1: Your classmate is a racist. No two people act exactly the
same. It goes for Asians too. If your classmate thinks you have to act
a certain way because you're Asian, that is wrong. Have you ever heard
Born This Way by Lady Gaga? The last line is "Same DNA, but born this
way." To me, this means that it is perfectly ok to not act like all
the people of your stereotype. You are unique, and that is cool.
Stereotyping is not right. Don't ever change yourself to act like a
stereotype. Have fun in your life and don't think about how others see
you.
answers2: I'm Filipino and I'm 13...I act no different than those
people sitting next to me in that Asian restaurant only accept I'm
half American and I speak nothing but traditional English.

Community theatres in NYC?

answers1: a theatre in Manhatten is the Strasberg Studio. i used to go there
answers2: What you opt to have, is what many beginner fishkeepers opt
for. It sounds like a in basic terms appropriate concept, although
unluckily, it extremely is no longer very functional. First - small
tanks are tougher to maintain than significant tanks. good probably no
longer tougher, although they opt for extra concentration. great
tanks/ponds are self-protecting. Small tanks are not and need human
intervention interior the ideal way of water variations, and many
others to artwork. Bettas do no longer do nicely in community tanks.
An experienced fishkeeper who's able to lose one or 2 bettas are able
to realize this, even though it extremely is the exception instead
than the guideline and extra probably to take place with the
uncolourful female betta relatively than the proper male ones. usually
it extremely is going to be an unhappy existence for a betta, who
before everything does not like heavy filtration and secondly could
have torn fins. Fish do no longer basically consume algae. particular,
one or 2 species might desire to, yet via and massive, you will might
desire to feed the rest on a daily basis. Algae isn't particularly a
dilemma in a healthful tank. and you positively do no longer might
desire to hardship-free all of it off besides, because of fact it
contributes to the wellbeing of the tank. in case you spot tanks
interior the medical doctors workplace or at everywhere with all 4
sides gleaming sparkling, then likely those synthetic tanks have heavy
casualties and the enterprise that keeps them in basic terms replaces
the fish each and every few days. Algae facilitates the functional
micro organism interior the tank to advance. i might get a medium
sized tank (on the least one hundred litres) and positioned a small
college of 6 fish in it plus a pair of non-education centrepiece fish
and one backside feeder. Danios and mollies are available to maintain.
forestall guppies, which on a similar time as very handy to maintain
will breed like rabbits, gouramis are intricate, barbs is additionally
unfavourable as tank friends - you may carefully do no longer overlook
those, catfish advance too super as do maximum plecos/corys/loaches.
Snails reproduce quickly and walk out of the tank, African cichlids
require guy or woman water parameters that do no longer go nicely with
maximum different community fish. for people who went with my stocking
theory above, you may get 6 tetras, 2 dwarf rams, and a single shrimp.
may well be upload a further 6 education fish of a various sort as
quickly because of fact the tank has been strolling 6 months or so.

What is the big difference between greek thater and present theater?

answers1: I'm from the same era as Shorstuff and would have listed the
same things she did. Instead I'll add a few other thoughts. If two
guys had a major disagreement, they duked it out bare handed. No guns
or drive-bys. We had physical freedom that safety concerns have taken
away from our children. On Saturday morning we would get our chores
done and then the rule was be home by dark. You went all over without
adult supervision from quite an early age. People tended to stay in
the same place for years. You would grow up with the same kids from
kindergarten through high school. I think we even had the same mail
man for about 20 years. The groceries you charged and paid for monthly
were bought at small neighborhood stores and the owners usually lived
right next to the store. If you were playing down the street and did
something you were not supposed to do, a neighbor would correct you
and you would listen. There were good and wonderful things about
growing up in the 50s but it also had its dark side. Child and spousal
abuse went unreported. Women had limited opportunities outside of the
home. Racial segregation was the norm and minorities had no recourse
when discriminated against or abused. Every era has its issues but I
think the most serious one we face today is violence. Did someone say
something that hurt your little feelings? Well, get a gun and take
them out! People just seem to take everything to the extreme.
answers2: A Greek theater is open air (open to the stars) <br>
There is one in Griffith Park, Los Angeles <br>
(The only place Neil Diamond would perform)
answers3: Ah you above, you're making me home sick.

does anyone know the square footage of a movie theater?

answers1: I have been to many different sized movie theatres!!! if
you rang one up and asked them how big their theatres are i think they
would help. It might even be advertised on a website if its a big
one!
answers2: IMAX, drive-in, or regular sit down theater? Depends on age
