Its the employers that are to blame for the ageism. finding on what your ability are, there are businesses that cater for the greater experienced, which comes with age and experiance especially fields as antagonistic to a pair businesses that only elect some one to push a barrow or type.
Jesse Pirieda: The only people who truly benefit from working with private employment agencies are highly-paid executives. Everyone else is much better off finding their own jobs because so-called employment agencies offering to help average workers find jobs are almost always scammers (unless they're not-for-profit or governmental).
