Avis Brantner: From a definition point of view, marketing strategy consists of two main parts :(1) your defined target market(s), in other words who is most likelyh to buy your product, and (2) the "marketing mix" you will use to sell your product to that target market.Marketing mix has 4 parts: (1) promotion (advertising, your web site, coupons, etc.) (2) product (not only the actual product but the packaging, ins! tructions, warranty, etc. (3) price and (4) place, which means how you will sell your product, through retailers? via the internet? wholesalers?If you put a lot of thought into all of these things, you should come out with a pretty clear idea of how you will market your product....Show more
