Jules Ashbach: If his heart condition is actually fatal, with only months to live, you would think he would be exhibiting some outward signs. Some signs would be shortness of breath, weakness, dizziness, profuse sweating at times to name a few. If he is so near the end his ability to smoke and drink would be severely curtailed. If he has this 'fatal' heart condition his smoking and drinking habits will only hasten the end. So either he is faking it to gain sympathy and attention or he has a death wish.
