Wilfred Santacruce: If you're using a microSD card for your music, you'll want to format the card in your phone first.Go to Menu > Settings & Tools > Memory > Card Memory > Options > Format CardOnce you've done that, drag your music to the music folder on your microSD card using your computer.Also, make sure you're using the right type of music format.
