Sharp edges on boxes & rails?

Sylvie Snetting: Hey, If you just got your edges sharpened, I would stay away from hand rails for a while. Stick to boxes for the day, because that will mosh your edges a little in the right places. I ride a Capita Horror scope for rails and boxes, so I do a thing called a detune, its basically taking the edges off the board, theres still metal on them, just very rounded over. But when I try to carve, its almost imposable! So I also use a K2 Anagram with sharp edges for carving and any other riding besides park. But to answer your question, I would stay away from rails for a few days, and hit a few boxes with your weight a little back (but not to much)...Show more
