Antonia Mogg: The Hamachi installation probably changed your network configuration to enable the VPN. If re-installing the network drivers doesn't work, you might try deleting the wireless network adapter and letting Windows re-discover the card and setup networking all over again.

Ninfa Asby: Hamachi usually don't create problem with other networks...I hope you dint remove something else thinking that it was Hamachi network !!Also can you specify if you are getting ! some message on wifi lookup screen... is it even trying to look for connections or not at all... also make sure that you have not accidentally disabled your wifi network / hardware~~~~~~~~~EDITED~~~~~~~~~~Try and run the setup or recovery CD you got with your laptop. And just intall it again, it might even ask you to remove your wifi adapter so do that and run installation again.I will highly recommend you to check with your friends first if they can see wifi networks.To remove your wifi hardware so that you can install it again follow these steps:Right click My Computer -> Click properties -> Go in hardware tab -> Click on the device manager button -> In the device manager window -> click on Network adapters node in the tree -> You should be able to see one of the adaptars with WLAN written on it, single click on it -> now pressing the delete button will uninstall the drivers for your WLAN adapterNow you will need the installation CD or will need to download appropriate dr! ivers from internet.Do feel free to email me if you need any f! urther help :)Yahoo IM: aditya4ever2002All the best...Show more
