Plus you might find a lot of strange chemcials in prebottled things.I would say a glass of skim milk is something good to have, but not all day. Probably no more than an 8oz serving.Real fruit juice is good also, but there again you probably shouldn't drink it all day. 1/4 cup of fruit juice is equivalent to one fruit serving.I never reccomend drinking any low or no calorie drink. They all use artificial sweetners that may not have calories but have other affects on your body. For instance Splenda is made with chlorine molecules. A human body can not breakdown chlorine so it passes through your body. But your brain thinks it is sugar and will produce insulin to break it down. Since there isn't any sugar present your blood sugar! spikes, then crashes and leaves you feeling hungry. So the drink with Slenda in it may not have had any/many calories but now you are feeling hungry and you go looking for food. I don't know about you, but I don't want to be putting chlorine into my body even if it doens't have calories. I would rather eat an apple (skin on).If you are asking what one liquid can I drink all day long then the answer really is just water. Otherwise you you should mix and match your liquids so that you can get different nutrition from the variety.
